Peter Becker Community Ridgeview Exterior Restoration

The Peter Becker Community Ridgeview Exterior Restoration project is a 3-year project in which Holz and Henry was contracted to repair and restore the Ridgeview building facade. A full, comprehensive remediation and reconstruction program was constructed by the Holz and Henry team in concert with the sub-contractor team. As this is a large-scale, high budget that is weather and seasonally dependent, the project was phased over a 3 year period. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of failing mortar joints and brick, complete removal of all window heads and sills, installation of new, galvanized steel window lintels, water proofing of all window heads and sills, a full cleaning of the building facade, application of a spray on water proofing agent on all brick. Due to the sensitivity and hazards to PBC residents and staff all safety precautions are taken. During construction all windows and doors are fully protected to prevent and potential damage from occurring through the course of construction.
