The Pennridge Regional Police Station was a publicly bid project that Holz and Henry was awarded. The construction concept for this project was to construct the building using modular construction techniques and incorporating geothermal heating elements into the project. The project also included a large amount of site work, underground gas tanks, complete underground utility package, pre-fabricated foundation walls, pre-finished modular building “blocks”, locker room fitout, custom millwork package, VCT and carpet flooring throughout the building, and a full MEPFP package.
