Each apartment scope of work includes: full demolition of existing interior stud walls and GWB, Complete MEP packages that come with fully ducted heat pumps, updated electrical service, PEX plumbing system, fully tiled bathrooms and showers, full kitchen installation and fully customized closet configurations.

These apartments are a full turn-key service project with fully customized and owner selected colors and finishes.

We have daily interface and coordination requirements with facilities management and neighboring residents to ensure no interruptions in daily life or services.
