The ABC Supply warehouse addition, located in Hatfield Township, PA, was a 12,000 square foot warehouse addition that included the removal of an existing house, modifications to the existing office spaces, land development and drainage, extensive rock removal, and landscaping. The warehouse portion was a pre-engineered CECO building that was tied into the existing office and warehouse structures. A large retaining wall was constructed along the front of the property to create a driveway / storage yard that was set into a hillside. Set into the back of the property was a retention basin that included numerous trees and plants to complete the package.
