Holz and Henry was contracted at Southampton Estates to renovate the assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing wings. . Beginning in 2020 with renovations to Oakbridge Terrace (assisted living) and AL-MCU wing (memory care), Holz and Henry completed interior renovations to 24 resident rooms, common areas, kitchens, offices and corridors with upgraded plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Structural steel, shaft walls, and fire separation were additional elements of the project scope. This project was completed over 2 phases with some areas of the project area being occupied by residents. Daily coordination between facility staff and the construction team was critical for the success of the project

Beginning in 2023, Holz and Henry moved into the Willowbrooke Court wings (skilled nursing) of Southampton Estates with the first two phases of a full, comprehensive renovation package. The scope of work included renovations to 23 resident rooms, a nurses station, dining rooms, corridors , pantries and serveries, office spaces and support services. Due to the proximity of residents and staff to the construction area(s), not only was coordination paramount with the facility staff, but project cleaniless and additional safety protocols were paramount throughout both phases of the project. 

Holz and Henry is currently in Phase 3 of renovations to Willowbrooke Court with Phase 4 beginning in the Spring of 2026. In addition to the interior renovations that were consistent with the first 2 phases, a significant amount of underground plumbing was required. Along with a complete rebuild of the existing sprinkler systems and exterior siding and cladding along the entire wing.
