The Normandy Farms Estates Lobby Renovations project was an interior renovations project to an existing lobby space at a local senior living facility. The scope of work included a detailed trim and millwork package, a quartz fireplace with a heated fireplace insert, a quartz reception desk, paint, flooring and decorative wall details. With the project being in the lobby of an operating facility, Holz and Henry worked in tandem with facility personnel and the architect team to ensure that the day to day operations of the facility were not interrupted, as well as the safety of all residents and employees.
