Starting in 2014, Holz and Henry began renovating independent living apartments at several facilities for ACTS Retirement Life Communities in the Southeast PA region. These independent living apartments are full turnkey individual projects that are customized for each resident and their preferences. Scopes of work include full demolition of existing finishes and partitions, creation of new floor plan layouts, full mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, full kitchens and an array of interior finishes and colors. For select apartments, Holz and Henry worked in direct coordination with the resident, facility, and architect to create a fully customized, design-build apartment to the residents full specifications and requests. Since 2014, Holz and Henry has renovated over 500 apartments at 5 facilities.
