Prodesco-Secant commissioned Holz and Henry to create a new 19,000 sf production area for their medical cloth looms. The scope of work for this space included new demising walls, underground drainage, equipment and personnel airlocks, steel roll-up doors, and static dissipating floor coatings over shot blasted and flattened concrete floors.
