The Harold Beck and Sons construction project involved a new 25,000 sf plus 2,850 sf mezzanine, factory addition to an existing factory of electric actuators. Because all construction was completed without impeding ongoing factory operations, a comprehensive multi phased construction schedule and temporary partition plan was implemented. The work included extensive sitework, storm water management, earth retaining systems, major parking lot improvements and addition, high voltage electric service modifications and distribution and existing building renovations
