In 2026, Holz and Henry performed the Gallery Dining room renovation at Spring House Tavern in Spring House, PA.

The project scope included structural building repairs, metal ceiling tiles, custom casework and solid surface work throughout the space. All new finishes included refurbishing the existing wood wainscotting and a custom lighting package. The existing wood wainscotting and doors in the entry foyer to the Tavern were also refurbished once the dining room was reopened.

As the restaurant was fully operational during construction, logistical and timing hurdles were closely coordinated with the owner and her staff.
