At the Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ, Holz and Henry was contracted to construct a shell ready for Forever 21 to take over the space. Components of this project included complete demolition of the space, constructing 2 service corridors, and extensive modifications to the existing structure, including structural cutting and shoring and new concrete and steel work for elevator and escalator openings.
