In 2021, Holz and Henry was commissioned in the renovation of the Pet Village veterinary hospital in Wayne, PA.  As this was an operatioal facility throughout the duration of the construction period, there were multiple phases that were all carefully coordinated with the owner and facility doctors. The nature of not only the active facility but also physical constraints with the property, necesitated constant logistical attention and coordination. 

Aspects of this project included selective demolition, customized, modern mechanical systems, full electrical systems, a full surgical suite, X-ray facilities, custom casework, and poured epoxy floors. Additional exam rooms and employee facilities, as well as a fully revamped lobby and reception desk were a part of the renovation process.
