Our Company

Founded in 1971 by Nick Holz and Jim Henry as a commercial and industrial general contracting company, Holz and Henry, Inc. gained a reputation as experts in pre-engineered steel buildings, becoming a certified dealer and installer for Ceco Building Systems and Steelox Industrial Buildings.

Holz and Henry, Inc. also specialized as an experienced laboratory clean room systems provider and installer, having completed numerous projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

In the mid-1990’s, ownership was transferred to current president, Ray Moyer. Ray continued the relationship with Ceco and built the clean room construction sector of Holz and Henry into the majority of business in the 1990’s and 2000’s.

In the late 2000’s, Jim Lennon came to Holz and Henry as the VP of Operations with over 30 years of construction project management experience. Jim Weidman joined the team in the early 2010’s as the VP of Pre-Construction with over 30 years experience in construction estimating and development . Together with Ray and the rest of the Holz and Henry team, new construction sectors were brought into Holz and Henry’s portfolio. Today, Holz and Henry not only specializes in pre-engineered construction and clean room construction, but has become a leading construction management group in the senior living construction sector.
