In 2012, Holz and Henry was contracted by Simon Properties to refit a tenant space at the Springfield Mall for a new Ulta Beauty store. The scope of work included complete demolition (including compete removal of a portion of the mall’s exterior wall) of the previous improvements, plumbing and domestic water updates, new electrical service and conduits with feeders, data systems, roof penetrations and a new HVAC rooftop unit. Storefronts to the mall and to the exterior were also constructed as part of the project. Project included total fit-out of Ulta’s space including installation of FF&E items.
