Southampton Estates Willowbrooke Court Renovations Phase 3
Location: Southampton, PA
Description: Holz and Henry is currently working through Phase 3 renovations at Southampton Estates Willowbrooke Court. This project is a phase in larger project of the assisted living and skilled nursing care wings at Southampton Estates. Holz and Henry completed full demolition of the existing wing, extensive underground plumbing work, and is now in the framing and sprinkler system portion of the course of work. When completed, Phase 3 will house 18 resident rooms, office spaces, treatment locations and common areas. Phase 4 is projected to start in Spring 2026
